Tri-Zone Technology makes the taper and barrel near the end cap much more flexible than traditional softball bats. This increase in flexibility allows for the sweet spot to extend further up the barrel and further down towards your hands.
CNT or Carbon Nanotubes are the strongest and stiffest materials yet discovered in terms of tensile strength and elastic modulus (the ability to stretch and return to original state). Carbon nanotubes are key structural strength components in high end Easton bats.
IMX or Integrated Matrix Technology uses aerospace grade composites layered, angled and wrapped in a specific manner to provide the strongest possible structure for your bat. When composite material is wrapped at the proper angles, it allows for performance gains that separate the men from the boys.
