2012 DeMarini Vexxum Adult BBCOR Baseball Bat -3oz DXVNC

DeMarini Vexxum BBCOR Baseball Bat

The 2012 BBCOR Demarini Vexxum is dominating baseball fields around the nation. With the exact same alloy barrel and similar composite handle technology as the Voodoo, the BBCOR Vexxum is a great choice for any baseball player wanting to step up to a top of the line baseball bat.

Demarini Taper Ring Technology allows DeMarini bats to comply with BBCOR bat standards but maintain a noticable advantage over other aluminum baseball bats when it comes to weight. This technology lets Demarini keep weight closer to the taper of the bat and not the end of barrel. Allowing the new BBCOR Vexxum to offer a massive sweet spot and keep bat speed at their fastest.

SC4 Alloy Barrel - DeMarini has exclusive rights to the SC4 aluminum alloy used in the Vexxum barrel. The thickness tuned inside wall of the Vexxum extends down the entire length of the barrel, creating a sweet spot that is huge and strong enough to handle each crushing blow.

C6 Composite Handle - C6 composite is slightly heavier than the new TR3 composite used in the new CF5 and Voodoo, but it is by no means a slouch! The C6 composite bat handle is one of the only differences between the Vexxum and the Voodoo. Designed with a wider weave that optimizes swing flex, this handle works as a powerful one, two punch with Vexxum's SC4 Barrel

DeMarini Vexxum BBCOR Baseball Bat Features:

  • Taper Ring Technology makes Demarini the best BBCOR bats on the market
  • SC4 Alloy is the exclusive aluminum bat alloy for Demarini and is extremely durable
  • C6 Composite handle is light weight and ultra durable
  • Thickness Tuned barrel reduces thickness where it is not needed to bring you a massive sweet spot
  • Half + Half bonds a separate barrel and handle together to lessen vibration
  • Hybrid C-Grip keeps your hands stuck to your bat
  • BBCOR Certified for High School and College baseball in 2012, 2013 and beyond
  • Demarini provides a One Year Warranty against defects

  • Pros: The DeMarini Vexxum BBCOR bat is light. It is noticeably more balanced when compared to the DeMarini Voodoo BBCOR. The Vexxum has the SAME alloy in the barrel as the Voodoo too. I hit better with the Vexxum because I can swing faster with this bat.

  • Pros: Swung the 2012 DeMarini Vexxum BBCOR bat today 7/5/11 and had a better feel than anticipated. Nice balance to it and the ball jumped off the sweet spot. The new grip tape used is a great added perk to the bat. Overall I highly recommend this bat for high schoolers!

  • Pros: The DeMarini Vexxum is just as good as the Voodoo BBCOR. Save $100 and buy the Vexxum. Demarini used the same metal in the barrel for the Vexxum and Voodoo.

  • Pros: I don't know why more people don't use the Demarini Vexxum BBCOR. Actually, I do... More strong college kids use the DeMarini Voodoo for their bbcor bats, so kids want to use what they see the college guys using. The 2012 DeMarini Vexxum is just as good or better than the Voodoo BBCOR. It's the same metal in the barrel! Save $50 and go for the Vexxum BBCOR bat.
  • Cons: Not a huge fan of the yellow

  • Pros: Great Sweet Spot! Looks Good Style Wise! Great POP for a BBCOR Bat! In my opinion, one of the best BBCOR Bats on the Market! Great as a gift, or as a replacement for a BESR bat. AWESOME price, if you're going to buy it, buy it from cheapbats.com they have the lowest price on this bat, believe me!
  • Cons: Absolutely NONE! PERFECT BAT! Too low of a price for such a good bat (Sarcasm)!

  • Pros: A great bat with solid contact capabilities and enough pop to one hop off the fence. Bought mine too short so i couldn't really use it as long as i wanted too
  • Cons: Anything under the d in demarini is a que shot to third or the pitcher. If you can muscle the ball into the outfield the other way, you will like it as much as i did

  • Pros: Well Balanced Bat which helps for 13 yr olds moving up to BBCOR bats. Several kids on fallball team prefer this bat to the team Mako (+$400) bat.
  • Cons: Bat is new, so we don't yet know how it performs for a whole season yet.

  • Pros: Very good bat. My friend has a Omaha Balanced 31 inch and i use this bat in a 33 inch and my 33 feels more balanced then the Omaha. This bat really does send the ball i have almost hit the fence on a lot of my hits in the fall season. Good while it lasted.
  • Cons: Broke after 3 months of use sent it back to Demarini and there was no hassle. The replacement i have is still holding up.

  • Pros: Really nice pop when the ball is hit with the barrel.
  • Cons: You HAVE to hit the ball with the "sweet spot" it doesnt forgive much if the ball is hit with the end of the bat or the handle.

  • Pros: Fantastic bat. Unbelievable price. As good as bats with much higher price tags. Good bat for 13 year olds transitioning to BBCOR and for stronger kids too. Very good at dampening vibrations, nicely balanced, good sized sweet spot. Durable. Many of the 14-15 year olds on my 13 year old son's Babe Ruth team would borrow this bat. Having a white barrel, it definitely shows the usage, but it's a baseball bat. Good pop for a BBCOR bat.
  • Cons: None.
