2013 Easton XL2 Power Brigade Slowpitch Softball Bat ASA SP13X2 A113221

Ene Loaded -  2013 Easton X2 Softball Bat - Power Brigade Slowpitch

Watch out, because the new, hotter ASA slowpitch softball bat standard is finally here.  Easton did their homework and tested bats in their Van Nuys, CA lab for many months preparing the 2013 Easton ASA softball bats. Easton is a softball bat manufacturer at the top of it's game, and they are as excited as you are for the new ASA bats to hit the fields and take the softball world by storm once again.

The X2 softball bat for ASA is end loaded like the Synergy Wegman was in previous years. The Easton X2 softball bat is essentially a tuned up SRV4 with an end load. The X2 is a one piece, 100% composite softball bat. A single piece softball bat allows the batter to feel more feedback when the softball strikes the bat. Easton slow pitch softball bats now match the Black and Yellow colors of the baseball bat Power Brigade line. The 2013 Easton XL2 Softball bat has a six month warranty against defects.

EVENLY BALANCED 1-PIECE COMPOSITE SOFTBALL BAT

  • Easton Speed Design - The X2 has a 12" evenly balanced barrel for controlled swinging
  • Meets new, hotter 2013 ASA bat standard
  • High-End IMX Composite barrel equals a massive sweet spot
  • Ultra-thin 29/32" handle with new performance diamond grip
  • Patented two-piece ConneXion band maximizes energy to the softball
  • Approved for play in: ASA, USSSA, NSA, ISA, SSUSA, ISF
  • 6 Month warranty

  • Pros: Even weight. Big barrel
  • Cons: Not hot out of the wrapper. I've had over 150 hits and I am still waiting for it to release the real potential. 2012 Easton salvo is proving to be a better bat. I hope this bat has the same pop soon.

  • Pros: good pop with short break in period. From the time I picked it up it reminded me of my Salvo srv5. I checked the patent #'s and they are the same. Pretty sure this is a Salvo with new paint job.
  • Cons: not if it turns out to be like my salvo

  • Pros: After having used a friend's bat - the exact one I bought - I knew this was the bat I needed to have. Most bats take about 40-50 hits to get worn in; this bat was effective immediately. It gives great power and pop. I have been thrilled with the Easton brand and their products just seem to get better and better.

  • Pros: This bat is great! Nice pop out of the wrapper. A little bit of an endload makes it come through the zone nice. Not too much of an endload though. Good for any hitter. Nice that you can use it both ASA and USSSA. No need for two bats, this one can do it all.
  • Cons: Grip is a bit bulky for me. 6 month warranty.

  • Pros: Easton makes absolutely solid bats, reliable and highly explosive on contact. This bat is as good as the new raw power and such bats. If your team is struggling for runs, buy this bat. It will add wins to your season and put you in playoff contention almost immediately.
  • Cons: It's a bright bat. You'll soon notice all the good teams have this bat. Otherwise, make contact and if put into play, you'll get more doubles.

  • Do you guys do price matching from other websites?
  • Asked by Jose Magana
  • We do price match any authorized Easton dealer on bats if they have the same product in stock.
  • Answered by Kevin (Customer Service)
  • do you have this same bat but a 27?
  • Asked by Roger
  • Thank you for your question. Unfortunately this bat is no longer produced by Easton and we just have the 26 ounces in stock and will not be receiving anymore.
  • Answered by Kevin Bat Expert
  • Do u guys ship free to Canada?
  • Asked by Eric Paul
  • We are very sorry, but Easton and most of the other bat manufacturers do not allow us to ship outside of the United States.
  • Answered by Mike P. - Bat Expert
  • I purchased one of the 2013 Easton XL2 slowpitch softball bats. After the first practice using the bat, it developed a rattle. I used it this weekend in a ASA tournament and the officials would not let me use the bat because of a rattle inside. I was wondering, am I able to send the bat back to you or do I send it directly to Easton?
  • Asked by Alex T
  • All warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer. While rare, this does happen when a piece of glue or epoxy comes loose inside of the bat. The rattle should have no effect on the performance of the softball bat.
