2014 DeMarini Flipper Aftermath Slowpitch Softball Bat WTDXFLS-V14

2014 DeMarini Flipper Aftermath Slowpitch Softball Bat WTDXFLS-V14

They call him Flipper Aftermath! It is rare that a company like DeMarini can make a claim that they develop a way to "crush balls in an all new way", but the new Divergence Technology extends the sweet spot all the way up and down the 13 inch barrel like never before. This is a game changing development! Never before has a barrel had so much horizontal sweet spot.

Combine the exclusive composite barrel with the strong and durable SC4 Alloy in the handle, and you get one of the most usable bats in softball. Offering the best pop and power in a large number of situations, the Aftermath bat is at home using a 52/300 ball right on up to the 44/375 softball. Whatever you throw at it, the Flipper Aftermath is built to obliterate any softball in its way.

Flipper Softball Bat Features:
  • Barrel: 13” Long Divergence Composite
  • Handle: SC4 Alloy
  • End Cap: Dish
  • Approved for Play in ASA
  • One Year Manufacturer's Warranty

  • Pros: Bat is crazy hot out of the wrapper and crushes 52 core balls. Others cannot believe it is an ASA bat. Best ASA bat I've seen so far this year.
  • Cons: Not a fan of end load but the pop makes up for the slight end loaded feel.

  • Pros: Was fortunate enough to snag the last one in town. This bat is ridic. First hit out of the wrapper I hit the fence. Ground balls and line drives you almost can't handle coming off the AM. I cannot wait to get a few more cuts and break it in. I just started hitting HR's this year, and this bat is definitely going to make it even more fun.
  • Cons: Complainers, there isn't one left in town, and I'm the only one on my team to have it. Sorry guys, personal bat! haha

  • Pros: I grabbed the last one in town, and thank god. First hit out of the wrapper I hit the fence. I just got home run power this year, and this will make it more fun. Look out for those Line drives and ground balls, they are almost too hot to handle.
  • Cons: Complainers - none of these bats are left in town, and no one can use mine (Personal Bat) haha

  • Pros: So Hot!!! Unbelievable power for a balanced bat, just as much pop as any of my teams end loads. I was hitting balls over the fence right out of the wrapper.
  • Cons: Be careful w/ balls that are not 52 core.

  • Pros: Has more static bounce on a tossed .44 375 than my other bats. I only have 140 hits on it. I believe it needs 200 for top performance.
  • Cons: It's a 28 ounce, it feels a little heavy swinging through the ball. It weighs 28 ounces on a digital fish scale. It's something I believe I will get used to. I'm 5' 11" 190 lbs, no fat. When it's ready for a game, I will let you know what the results are.

  • Would this be a good bat for 44/375 balls?
  • Asked by RutReturns
  • This bat is made for the new ASA balls which are 52 core 300 compression. The Flipper Aftermath can still be used with this harder ball it will just take more wear with the harder ball.
  • Answered by Kevin (Customer Service)
  • Will it come in a endload for slow pitch
  • Asked by Tuffy
  • This bat will only be offered in this one version.
  • Answered by Kevin Bat Expert
  • I am looking for a good NSA bat and love the flipper although previously only good in ASA leagues, are you sure it is going to be an NSA compliant model? because I have seen other sites list this again as an ASA bat and not good for NSA.
  • Asked by Zen6
  • According to the information and images DeMarini has sent us, this bat will have the NSA approval.
