2014 Louisville Slugger LXT Softball Bat Fastpitch -10oz FPLX14-RR

The Louisville Slugger LXT bat for fastpitch softball is all new from the ground up. Following the amazing performance expectations set by the oneX, the balanced, minus 10 ounce LXT is ready to take Louisville Slugger softball bats to the next level.

TRU3 Technology is the first 3-piece softball bat ever produced. Louisville Slugger invented an amazing new process to build the LXT softball bat - TRU3. The pivot point of the LXT creates a trampoline effect and makes the link of the handle and barrel even stronger than before. The feel and feedback are improved and vibration is dramatically decreased when the softball is hit. The better the bat feels, the better your swing will feel.

S1iD Technology places an aluminum inner disc inside the barrel of the bat, allowing for a more forgiving barrel and larger sweet spot. Another benefit of the disc in the barrel is a cleaner sounding pop when you hit the softball. With S1iD tech, the Louisville Slugger LXT fastpitch softball bat improves performance for players of all ages.

Pure 360 Composite is the latest composite concoction to come out of the Louisville bat lab. With thinner, higher strength, lighter weight graphite fibers, Louisville Slugger was able to increase the amount of layers of material used to make the walls of the bat, but reduce the overall thickness of the walls at the same time. Better durability and increased performance. Leave your mark.

  • Pure 360 composite carbon fiber
  • TRU3 three piece construction

  • Pros: LOTS OF POP! My daughter just got this bat and has used it in one game and absolutely loves it. She swung Xeno bats for the last 3 yrs and likes those also, but WOW! I certainly hope it holds up!
  • Cons: old color scheme...

  • Pros: Took forever for this bat to come in but it was worth the wait. My daughter loves this bat. Took her a little getting use to it from her Mendoza from last year but gets a lot more distance and more hard hit balls with this.

  • Pros: My daughter loves the bat- moved up from a 31/-11 to the 32/22 size - the balance of the bat made the transition easy and she loves how she can hit slightly off the sweet spot and still get the ball out there. No vibration in the handle as well.
