2015 Anderson Ambush Slowpitch Softball Bat ASA USSSA Balanced 011040

The Anderson Ambush is constructed with a Single Piece Design, crafted with 100% AB-9000 Composite material.

The Ambush for slowpitch is made as a Balanced bat, as Anderson evenly distributes the weight to give hitters increased bat speed through the hitting zone and ultimate control at the plate. Also, the Ambush has serious power and a Massive Sweet Spot, but you don’t have to swing with all your might to utilize it, as the Reduced Moment of Inertia gives you the ability to access all the power with your normal swing.

The Ambush for Slow Pitch Softball is also equipped with an Ultra Thin Handle, Padded Spiral Bat Grip and a 1.20 BPF USSSA Thumbprint Stamp, approving this Ambush for play in USSSA, ASA, NSA and ISA. See you on the field!

  • Pros: I thought this was a joke/scam or was going to get the bait and switch. Surprising this bat is real, the price is real, and it arrived i 4 days from when I ordered it. Used it today and love it. Thought this bat was aluminum but it is a composite. My first composite bat. I love it.

  • Is this a single wall composite?
  • Asked by Joe
  • The Ambush is not a single wall bat. It is a multi-wall composite.

  • How will this bat hold up against a 44 cor/375 comp ball?
  • Asked by Brittney
  • The 2015 Anderson Ambush is made for the .52 Core 300 lb compression balls. the .44/375 is a harder ball and will have more wear and tare on the bat. Performance wise, the Ambush will do well, but the longevity of the bat will not be the same.

  • Are more expensive bats really going to make me hit any better then say this Anderson ambush?
  • Asked by Luke
  • Distance a ball travels off of a bat has several factors, but the main factor is the ball. For slowpitch softball the style of ball being used has a big factor in the distance a ball will travel. If you are using a softer ball the Ambush will be a great bat. If you are using a harder ball there are other bats that will perform better. Depending on what your league requires and the ball you are using will better determine what bat to purchase. A bat will not make you a better hitter, but different bats have different features that perform better than others.
