CLOSEOUT Anderson RockeTech 2.0 Slowpitch Softball Bat 011037

The RocketTech Slowpitch Softball Bat is back! This RT 2.0 for Slowpitch is constructed with a Single Piece Design and a Multi-Wall Barrel, crafted with AB-9000 Aerospace Alloy. This is the exact kind of aluminum material that’s used to launch planes 30,000 feet in the air, so take our word for it when we say the RocketTech has the durability of a tank. The RocketTech is made with an End Load Weighting, as Anderson puts extra mass in the barrel to maximize a power hitters ability to drive the ball to the wall with the Massive Sweet Spot! However, you don’t have to swing with all your might to utilize this power, as the Reduced Moment of Inertia gives you the ability to hit those bombs with your normal, controlled swing. Also, this bat is hot right out of the wrapper, as the RocketTech is made game ready from day one and has Virtually No Break In Needed. The RocketTech for Slow Pitch Softball is also equipped with Padded Spiral Bat Grip and a 1.20 BPF USSSA Thumbprint Stamp, approving this RT 2.0 for play in USSSA, ASA, NSA and ISA. See you on the field!

  • Pros: I play in an alloy league and this has to be my new favorite bat. I have the F6 and just picked up this new bad boy. It hits the 52 300's really well and has a lot of pop.

  • Pros: Anderson's best bat for sure. I have had several Rocketechs and still love them year after year. I like that the knob is bigger on this model.

  • Pros: Fills nice in the hand, ok pull when swinging, sounds 3 different ways. Hits ok
  • Cons: This bat doesn't impress me by any means, hits the 52 core balls like mush, not sure what the hype is hopefully after its had a 100 hits it will open up!

  • Pros: Got to try a test model out that was fully broken in at the cages and this thing rips. I'm used to swinging a 30oz Anderson Flex which is more balanced. The one I used was a 26oz (it's end loaded) with about 300 balls on it and it felt amazing and launched the balls. I bought one immediately. It has about 15 on it now and definitely needs more time to break in (I'd guess roughly 200 total) but I can vouch from personal experience that a fully broken in bat provides power and pop and swings through the zone nicely.
  • Cons: Definitely has a long break in time, be patient with it and you'll be able to tell when it's fully broken in.

  • Can the handle grip easily be replaced?
  • Asked by Dante Carnevale
  • The Rocketech 2.0 can have the grip tape replaced with ease. It is held by electrical tape at the top and can be removed from the top down.
