  • Pros: Game ready out of the wrapper. Good "soft feel" to the barrel like the OG Psycho. Not the "stiff barrel" feel of the Revex.
  • Cons: Grasping at straws here. It has a red knob and I keep looking for a white one in my bag..... Yeah, no cons to speak of.

  • Pros: Bat swings threw the zone extremely well, able to keep control and place my balls. Im not a home run hitter maybe 5-7 in a 26 game season but there is a serious amount of pop in the bat.
  • Cons: nothing i have found yet

  • Pros: ok first of all I used to be a die hard Miken lover then I switched to Worth when Miken started falling short on their bats. I am once again back on the Miken train. This bat right out of the wrapper was smashing the ball. I put about 100 BP swings on it at Dbat in the cage then started using it in games and everybody swears that its shaved. Bat sounds shaved when you hit with it and the ball exploads of the barrel. Best Miken i have had in a long time.
  • Cons: havent had a problem with it...

  • Pros: This bat is hot right out of the wrapper. I'm not a home run hitter, mainly liners, but during our last tourney I hit 2 (310 and 330). A definite buy if you need some extra pop!
  • Cons: Paint scratches and grip gets dirty easy.

  • Pros: This bat was truely hot out of the wrapper. I have the Miken Freak Super MAX 2013 didnt have the Stamp couldnt use it.. I was swinging my friends Worth SICK balanced and it felt great but being loyal to Miken I had to get the Balanced Physco and man did it have pop on the first swing. I would recomend this bat to anyone who likes to swing a balanced bat. HOT HOT HOT is an understatement
  • Cons: There are none And no I do not work for Miken

  • Pros: Great out of the rapper pop. Great quality that you expect from Miken. I'm happy with the purchase.
  • Cons: Like everyone has said before, the bat gets dirty really quick. After 3 games, bat looks beat up, but does not affect the performance of the bat.

  • Pros: Truly hot out of the wrapper. More pop on first swing than any other bat I've used.
  • Cons: No real complaints, color doesn't mix well with red dirt but they will be running towards the fence not looking at your bat.

  • I'm looking to purchase a new bat for the ISA league that I currently play in and I am 5ft 8in about 150lbs and would love your advice on what bat would do me well. I am currently looking at the 2015 version of the miken psycho balanced 34in/26oz. would this be a good bat? thanks for the help!
  • Asked by Jake
  • Jake, each person will have different preferences when it comes to using a bat such as single piece, two piece, end load, or balanced. To narrow down your search and to better advise you if you would contact us with your preferences we can better assist you. The single piece bats will be more stiff than a two piece bat that will have flex to it. An end loaded or max loaded bat will have more weight towards the end of the barrel compared to a balanced bat which the weight is more evenly distributed among the barrel.
  • Answered by Kevin (Customer Service)
  • I've been out of the game for a few years and come to find that my bats are now illegal. I love the weight and feel of my original OG Miken Freak 34", 26 oz. (actually weighs 27.2 oz.). I'm pretty sure this was considered a "balanced" bat, correct? I'm 5'8" 152 lbs, 8% body fat. I won't be swinging for the fences, but want hard line shots in the gaps and down the lines.... Based on this, what bat(s) and weight would you recommend. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks, -Todd
  • Asked by Todd Manning
  • We would recommend a 27 ounce bat with all the information that you have provided us. Most bats are weighed by the manufacturer before end caps, grips and knobs which is why they run heavier than stated. The type of bat will be determined by which association you are playing. ASA/USSSA
