  • Pros: I just got the bat a few weeks ago and have around 200 hits with it. It seemed like it took a few hits to get it going, but has excellent pop. A few hits when we really got a hold of the ball ended up about 30ft farther than the rest of our hits. The rough textured barrel seems to help if you don't connect with ball like you wanted and give you solid feeling swing and hit everytime.
  • Cons: At this time nothing bad to say about it.

  • Pros: I ended up buying the following bats: 2016 Louisville Slugger Super Z Slowpitch Softball Bat ASA USSSA End Loaded WTLSZA16E 2016 Louisville Slugger Super Z Slowpitch Softball Bat ASA USSSA Balanced WTLSZA16B Went with two because one was balanced and the other was end loaded and not sure which I would like better. I have used them in 4 games so far and the balls definitely fly off these bats. For me I change the bats based on how I'm hitting or how the defense is playing me that night. The End loaded bat seems to have a little more pop than the balanced bat and a few other guys on the team also prefer the end loaded bat.

  • Pros: It's an amazing bat.. it has a good pop off of it pretty much right out of the wrapper. My team basically loves it. It's an easy swing. Can't wait to get it broke in
  • Cons: Nothing really. The grip kinda rolls up on you after a little while.

  • Cons: Grip tapered would rather have normal grip with knob cuff.

  • Pros: I'm just beginning playing slow pitch softball, still play 1-2 games per week of wood bat baseball. I play once a week and in the 3 games that I've had with this bat, I'm really glad I made the purchase. This bat has a great feel and lots of "pop". I don't know much about slow pitch bats but this bat is much better than the other (probably older model) bats people bring to games.
  • Cons: None found yet.

  • Pros: Looks good, great grip for my hands, great balance. Not sure about the pop yet. I havnt played softball for a while so its hard to compare to my old Rich's Superior which I could bomb. I heard these bats increase pop after a while so we will see. Seems good off the sweet spot, but dead off the end.

  • Pros: Bought the 26oz. I already have a 28oz balanced Louisville Slugger and I hit well with it, but I hit a lot of grounders. With this 26oz End Load bat I was ripping the ball to the outfield. Everyone else on my team wanted to try and they said they noticed they were hitting it further. One girl who literally never reaches the outfield when she hits put 2 into the outfield last night. This bat is LEGIT!!!
  • Cons: None. I will ONLY ever buy Louisville Slugger bats.

  • Pros: The bat fresh out of the box and wrapper was putting balls 275'+ out of our park. It's been cold in the NE and there was ZERO stink upon contact. It's so far been a pleasure to swing.

  • Pros: Looks nice. Handle and grip feel good.
  • Cons: Feels very tinny to me. I should have gotten a 28 ounce instead of the 26 ounce. That is my bad. Wish there was a way to exchange it, but I have used it a couple of times so I am sure that is not an option :-(

  • Pros: Awesome bat! IT has a lot of pop from the 1st hit! I love the grip how it is a little fatter on the bottom (this may bother some) Very nice feel to it when hit.
  • Cons: Sound off bat is strange but not a bad thing necessarily

  • Pros: Low price, you get what you pair for. Dual Stamp
  • Cons: Litterally sounds like I'm hitting rocks with this bat. Bought it based on the dual stamp, the price and positive reviews. I'm not impressed. No pop out of the wrapper, the sound is just "wierd", and a 270' fence is un reachable with this bat.

  • Pros: Good feel & balance (even with end-loaded), Solid Pop out of the wrapper, popular with the guys on the rec team.

  • Pros: I don't have any pros
  • Cons: I've hit Tattoo ASA, AD Starr NSA and Worth Extreme Gold Dot USSSA softballs with this bat and the bat literally has no pop. I hit 1 home run per game with my Z4000 (which just popped, so I bought this bat), and I haven't come close to hitting the fence with this bat. I'm hoping it is just due to the fact that it needs to be broken in. The sound the bat makes is not normal,

  • Pros: First time I used the bat, my hits were solid infield ones. After a trip to the batting cage and 30 to 40 practice balls, I'm getting used to the bat and my hits are now solid outfield ones. The bat can only be as good as the person swinging it.
  • Cons: I see nothing to dislike about this bat

  • What are the instructions for "seasoning" this bat? Thanks,
  • Asked by Ben
  • Composite barreled bats typically need 200-400 contact swings before they're fully broken in. However, they're made so well nowadays that they are fine right out of wrapper.
