  • Pros: Took out the Salvo 100 out for some BP with some Dudley .40 325 balls airtemp was in the mid 60's. Swinging a 30oz, the bat felt good balls where in the 300 range, the sound has a good cracking tone louder than my broken in gamer- SP100STH. Look forward when the Salvo 100 breaks in, which i believe it will not be very long. Great bat at a awesome price.
  • Cons: None.

  • Pros: Nice pop right away. I've had Easton bats exclusively,, and this is the first one that hasn't required hundreds of swings to break in. I've got about 20 swings on mine, and you can feel its potential. I can't think of a better bat for the money. Usually the first thing I do is remove the stock grip, but I really like what Easton had done with this one.
  • Cons: Its so new that I have no cons. Given Eastons reputation for durability, I doubt I'll have any.

  • Pros: Update: Purchased the Salvo100 in DEC12. It has about 150 hits on it now mostly with a mix of different balls .40-.44 cors. Were mostly hitting in 60 degree weather in socal with some cooler days/nights. The bat is a beast, the sweet spot is not hard to find. No webbing or cracking so far. You may want to get this bat before there all gone at this price. I'm getting another one, this 1st USSSA Salvo 100 bat is going to be one of those remembered as one of the best Easton has manufactured. Even though it doesnt have the killer looking matte black look, who really cares when your launching bombs and laser shots in the gap.
  • Cons: No cons with this bat.
