• Pros: bought this a few years back as a highschool, as a pitcher I had a lot of stress on my shoulder and elbow and used this after almost every game (especially after pitching). The ice arm gets the job done and helps speed up recovery. I definitely recommend getting this

• Pros: I had shoulder surgury and the pro ice arm was a huge part of my recovery process. I used it two to three times a day and the ice arm was aways ready to go everytime I reached in the freezer to grab it. So yes I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for some therapy for there shoulder or elbow/arm.
