Bat Warranty Process and Phone Numbers

Broken bats are a bummer. Fortunately, bat manufacturers offer a minimum one year warranty on non wood baseball bats and softball bats.

In an attempt to make your bat warranty return as painless as possible, we have listed the phone numbers for our bat vendors below.

Before you get started, you will need a copy of your receipt. If you purchased your bat from CheapBats.com you can click the Order Lookup button at the top of this page, and we will instantly email a PDF copy to you.

The warranty process is easy:

  1. Call the manufacturer and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA).
  2. Send the defective item to the manufacturer.
  3. Manufacturer sends you a warranty replacement item.
