Easton Raw Power L8.0 Slowpitch Softball Bat End Load SP13L8

The new high-end Easton Softball Bat line is called Raw Power. The 2013 Easton slowpitch softball bats are available in a variety of materials and weight distributions.

The Easton L8 softball bat is a one piece slow pitch bat, giving the hitter a stiff feel and more feedback in the swing. The outer shell of Easton L8.0 softball bat is made from Easton's top of the line THT100 Scandium Alloy, the real magic of the Easton 8.0 is what's inside. Inside the barrel, Easton has inserted an IMX Composite inner core, this extra "multi wall" construction means the trampoline effect of this bat is huge, ultimately sending the softball further. An end loaded bat will help you swing for more power because of the added mass in the barrel.

Features:

  • Pro style 12 Inch end loaded barrel with composite inner core
  • Scandium THT100 alloy handle
  • One piece shell, composite core in barrel
  • Gauze style ultra thin grip tape with 29/32" handle
  • Meets current 2013 and beyond ASA softball bat standards
  • Approved in: ASA, USSSA 2013 1.20 BPF, NSA, ISA, SSUSA, ISF
  • 1 Year Warranty

  • Pros: The L8 is hot out of the wrapper. I play in a few leagues that prohibit the use of full composites and this bat gets checked nearly every time I swing it. The bat changed my hitting game. I went from an average power hitter to now being a rec league Long Haul Bomber(joking don't troll me please).
  • Cons: Harassment from other teams that the bat is painted or juiced after dropping bombs!

  • Pros: Bought last years model of this bat and loved it so much that I bought the 2013 as well. The 2013 has instant pop for me and my 2012 is starting to get hot. Having a blast hitting moonshots with this bat right now. Best game this year.... 4 for 4. (1) Homerun, (2) Doubles, (1) Single and 6 RBI! Awesome!!! I highly recommend!!
  • Cons: None that I can think of!

  • Pros: Looks excellent and feels great when I swing it. Can't wait to get this bat out on the field. Went and tried the bat out on a field and was just bombing them and it was excellent.
  • Cons: No issues as of yet

  • Pros: Firs off the bat arrived on my porch 1 day later after I ordered it. This bat I awesome from the feel of the stock grip to the smith feel of the end load when you swing it. And then this bat bombs em. I'm in no way a power hitter but this bat has RAW POWER just like they say. My whole team swings this bat now an they all love. It's worth every penny!
  • Cons: I haven't had one bad thing to say about this bat. It does have that composite crack sound when you hit it. But I haven't had it checked yet in our aluminum only league.
