2015 Worth Jeff Hall Legit Slowpitch Softball Bat USSSA Reload SBL5UJ

2015 Worth Legit Jeff Hall Slowpitch Softball Bat USSSA

Reload Swing Weight - The Jeff Hall Reload is a 1/2 ounce end load in the barrel. This is not a balanced bat, but not quite a full Resmondo end load, it is somewhere in between the two.

Two-Piece - 2-Piece construction gives the batter more whip through the hitting zone when the softball is hit, as well as helping to reduce felt vibration in the hands.

HMF Fibers - High Modulus Fibers are smaller fibers that are woven in to the carbon fiber, so more material is used in the same amount of space, making the bat extremely strong, and should extend the usable lifetime of your Worth bat.

Born In The USA - Every composite Worth Slowpitch Bat is made in Minnesota, USA at one of the most advanced composite labs in the world.

Legit vs Sick 454 - The Worth Legit Power Core now has the composite fiber laid at more optimal angles than before. This change is allows the Legit to be hot right out of the wrapper. With the Worth Sick 454 design, the bat is built using a new two part resin process that that makes the bat stronger than ever before while still keeping it's legendary pop.

  • Legit Construction- 2-Piece Jeff Hall 0.5 ounce reloaded composite slowpitch bat design engineered for precision flex

  • Pros: This bat was hot right out of the wrapper. I did not have a chance to get practice swings in prior to our first game of the season. First hit was a hard line drive in the gap. It came off the bat with more speed than the Miken I used to use.
  • Cons: It's pink...the ladies love it...hard to keep them off of you when you carry a pink bat!!

  • Pros: Straight fire out of the wrapper. Hits anything well. 52 300's and 44 / 375's get demolished. Girls love the pink look, too!
  • Cons: Gets easily scuffed but you're playing ball, so obviously.

  • Pros: Still trying to find one.
  • Cons: Nothing like the 2014 model. Bought this one as a quick replacement and it sounds like the Louisville sluggers that make that awful sound. If you are buying this bat expecting it to be the same as the 2014 model, Be Careful

  • Pros: This bat has a TON of pop, but it also has the balance to drive the ball into the gap when the team reaches the home run limit. I have used the LEGIT in two games, and I am 9 for 10 with three home runs (WAY) over the fence (and two inside the park home runs). The 28.5 oz. bat feels a lot like my old 30 oz. balanced bat. GREAT PURCHASE!
  • Cons: I am afraid that if I miss-hit the ball, and hit a line drive up the middle, I may seriously injure the opposing pitcher.

  • Pros: This bat is hot right out the package! Bat has alot of pop and has a pretty decent sweet spot. Id recommend this bat to anyone, power hitters and contact hitters. You can easily rip line drives all day or swing for the fences with ease. Other teams will fear the pink bat!
  • Cons: Everyone wants to use it on my team

  • Pros: I LOVE THIS BAT!!!!! This bat is so hot out of the wrapper its stupid! This is the first end loaded bat I have ever owned and it will not be my last. When you swing this bat it feels like a balanced bat. My first hit out of the wrapper was a hard line drive to the fence. I am a power hitter and have had 12 home runs in 6 games. I probably have less than 20 hits on this bat. I have never had a bat this hot without spending the time to time to properly break it in. I would recommend this bat to anyone who wants to get a little more power behind their swing.
  • Cons: The only con I can think of is the bat had a few paint chips in it when I got it. Not really a big deal though.

  • Pros: I love this bat. Stupid hot right out of the wrapper. Last 2 games I've hit 6 home runs and 4 doubles. The end load fells you get through your swing faster but still feels like your swinging a balanced bat. This bat is great for power hitters and for hitting line drives. I would recommend this bat to everyone. It also helps that the other guys on the team don't want to swing it because it's pink. But the ladies love it.
  • Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this bat.

  • Pros: This bat was purchased for use on a co-ed softball team. It is a good weight for both men and women and the reload has just enough balance that is easy for everyone to swing. The are several ladies on our team that have previously played fast pitch and this bat has allowed a smoother transition between fast and slow pitch with a solid amount of power off the bat. It has a beautiful design! The colors are vibrant and are relatively sturdy to impact.
  • Cons: While it is a solid performing bat, it does NOT have as much pop as what I was hoping for from reading the previous reviews. We have previously been fans of the Worth 454 and various Demarini bats. Both have high quality craftsmanship and power; this particular bat had reviews claiming improved power and design construction... I personally don't think that it is any "hotter" than previous bats that we have used. Also, two days after receiving the bat the knob detached from the bat. To my understanding there IS a one year warranty, and I fully intend to investigate this in the next couple of weeks. However, we are in desperate need of a bat for our league and we are simply not in a position that the bat can be sent back at this time. In the meantime, we have wrapped/taped the knob to the end of the bat to get us to the end of the season. I should mention that I wouldn't think that the tape would be deterring from the pop off the bat, but anything is possible. Hope this helps!

  • Pros: We just put a team together at work and decided to pitch in for this bat. We had a practice the next day and asked for next day air. The bat showed up as I was leaving my driveway. Opened the bat package on my way to practice. I will tell you for a new team playing in the USSSA Luegue this was a great choice. The balance of the bat is just right for those long ball hittings and line drive hitters alike... During batting pratice the third batter was hitting it 350. Hot Hot Hot...
  • Cons: As of yet nothing...

  • How does a 26.5 ounce, .5 ounce end loaded bat compare to a 26 ounce balanced bat? Getting one for the ladies on my coed team and want to be sure they can get it through the zone with enough bat speed.
  • Asked by Jeffrey Dekeyser
  • An end loaded bat will definitely be way more top heavy than a balanced bat. This does require the hitter to have a stronger top hand to prevent rolling over.
