Pros: We started my daughter with one of these after a high school coach suggested that we do so. He said if you start them young they never know they are wearing one and he was right. Also, when they wear them they are not scared of getting hit in the face and they keep their head down. No more lifting that head up on a wicked bounce they stay down on the ball !!
