- Pros: I had shoulder surgury and the pro ice arm was a huge part of my recovery process. I used it two to three times a day and the ice arm was aways ready to go everytime I reached in the freezer to grab it. So yes I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for some therapy for there shoulder or elbow/arm.

- Pros: bought this a few years back as a highschool, as a pitcher I had a lot of stress on my shoulder and elbow and used this after almost every game (especially after pitching). The ice arm gets the job done and helps speed up recovery. I definitely recommend getting this

- Pros: Great fit and easy to store in the freezer. I told other parents of pitchers on the team about the ice arm and gave them your website to order one. I know they will be doing so!
- Cons: I only wish that the velco strip to hold the ice arm in place was somehow attached. We lost ours but I am using a baseball belt in its place. That works!
