Wilson A2800 First Base Mitt PSB 12"
In 1957, Wilson engineers went to spring training to find out what professional baseball players wanted in a baseball glove. That year the first player designed baseball glove, the Wilson A2000, was born. Wilson A2000 baseball gloves feature a deeper pocket, wider web and a stiffer thumb, revolutionary designs that changed the game.
Five decades later the Wilson A2000 baseball glove continues to evolve featuring Pro Stock Leather, known for its rugged durability and consistent performance and Dual-Welting for a stable, long lasting pocket. Wilson A2000 first base gloves use DRI-LEX Lining. An ultra breathable wrist lining that transfers moisture from the skin, keeping your hand cool and dry.

If I used this glove 4 days a week and used a web gem how long would it take to get floppy?

Unfortunately there is no way to determine how long of a life a mitt may have before it is considered "floppy." The Wilson A2000 line does use high end leather and is a stiff glove to begin with. The A2000 should have a life span the same as most gloves.
