Marucci Cat 7 BBCOR Baseball Bat -3oz MCBC7

Carrying on the all-metal, one-piece Marucci BBCOR Bat tradition is the Cat 7! Featuring a patented AV2 anti-vibration knob that eliminates harsh sting on off-center hits, the Cat 7 from Marucci gives you the balanced, traditional feel you want in your hands. The AZ4X aerospace-grade aluminum alloy offers incredible barrel response and all-season durability, while the bat's fine-tuned-barrel-end walls provide faster swing speeds and more improved bat control as you whip the Cat 7 through the hitting zone. This Cat 7 also features a ring-free barrel, which maximizes pop and performance right out of the wrapper. What's the difference between this Cat 7 BBCOR and the Cat 6 BBCOR? The Cat 7 has a 2x bigger sweet spot for more lethal hitting surface! Get your Cat 7 BBCOR Bat today, right here at CheapBats.com! No Hassle Returns, Batisfaction Guaranteed!

  • Pros: Loved the Cat 6, and now love the Cat 7. They're both basically the same but the Cat 7 has a bigger barrel, but it's still balanced so I don't feel like I am losing any swing speed. The ping sound off the barrel is awesome and I realllllly like the bat grip it comes with.

  • Pros: So I got to use the Cat 7 last week and loved it. I went online that night and purchased and got my bat 2 days later!!! Super fast shipping! Thank you guys!!! Love how balanced this bat is for being an aluminum bat even though it is a drop 3. The sweet spot is huge compared to my Omaha from last year. It is really loud when you make contact but the ball does come off the bat hard.

  • Pros: Huge barrel. Awesome sound. Great pop. Has lasted me 5 months with no signs of durability issues. I think the knob shock absorber thing works perfectly too.

  • Pros: I can't even begin to tell you how balanced this bat is and how big the sweet spot is for such a balanced bat. This beats the Cat 5, Cat 6 and Marucci Black BBCOR that were all GREAT bats. The grip is sticky. This is the best BBCOR bat ever made. Easy to swing and pop is unreal.
  • Cons: None at all

  • Pros: I have swung all of the 2017 bbcor bats and there are some good ones, but I keep coming back to the Cat 7. Composites feel weak compared to the metal barrel on the Cat 7 and the pop is just as good and I feel like I get more power out of the metal than the composite. The barrel and sweet spot are huge.

  • Pros: Naturally you want the best for you children when buying a bat. I think we found it with the cat 7 bbcor. The price is reasonable compared to composite bats and my son has nothing but good things to say about Marucci bats.

  • Pros: Unreal pop. The balance is exactly what you want it to be. Grip feels thicker than the Cat 6 and Cat 7 Connect. Definitely much less vibration than the Cat 6. Cat 7 connect has a little vibration but this Cat 7 has basically none.
  • Cons: WAY TOO LOUD. It is loud and high pitched when you hit the ball and makes your ears ring in the batting cage.

  • Would you recommend for a 13/14 yr old 32/29?
  • Asked by Sherri
  • Sherri, It all depends on the child's size, power, strength, and bat speed. We recommend asking your child's coach on what size would best be for your 13/14 year old. Many kids at that age are using a 31"/28oz. so it really depends on what your child can handle.

  • Would you recommend this bat for a line drive hitter?
  • Asked by George H
  • Without a doubt. The Cat 7 BBCOR bat is a great all around BBCOR for ANY type of hitter in High School or College. The bat is balanced and the sweet spot is large. Durability has proven to be great as well.
