  • Pros: Had this bat for a couple weeks and I love it, absolute missile launcher, highly recommend this bat if you're looking to get solid hits each and every at bat fronds the handle to the end cap
  • Cons: Its alil heavier than a mid load, would recommend dropping an ounce from you're normal midload bat

  • Pros: I have about 200 swings on this bat right now, and it is an absolute missile launcher... Even when you miss the sweet spot there is good feedback to tell you that you missed, but the ball still shoots off the bat.
  • Cons: Insanely loud. Not necessarily a con, but some players don't like that

  • Pros: Bat was great right out of wrapper and has only gotten better. I have been using it a few weeks now and I absolutely loved it! I was leery at first, but I am glad I purchased it! All the girls on the team have been taking swings with it.
  • Cons: Wrapping on the handle is a bit cheaper, but easily fixable!

  • Pros: You will leave the park with 4-5 extra girlfriends after they watch you hit with this bat A free 1 week vacation for the guy who travels to shag your homerun balls 3 states over So hot the barrel doubles as a tailgate grill to cook pre and post game steaks and chops
  • Cons: So electric that once you take it out of your bag it will set off the lightning detector and delay games The FAA will constantly call you when using your bat to set up no fly zones around the park Will burn to the touch so be careful when handling and avoid 3rd degree burns

  • Pros: Excellent bat. Lots of pop straight from wrapper. Only used it in one game so far but barely swung and sent it straight to the fence. Can’t wait to get more swings with it. Everybody on my team is already asking to use it

  • Pros: I have only ever swung some kind of usssa fireflex and I got this because I needed an ASA for intramurals and because I thought it looked cool. It was a new feel but within about 20 hits the ball started to fly off the bat. It’s a pretty loud bat which kinda makes the hit seem more impressive. I love this bat and definitely recommend it, and it looks gorgeous.
  • Cons: Has a hollow sound when you hit which made me nervous at first but about 150 swings in and it has no marks or webbing.

  • Pros: Good bat at a good price. Ball pops nicely off the bat. Has a bit of an unusual "tock" kind of sound when you make good contact but not annoying or any big deal... and even sounds like you might have hit it a little harder than you actually did which can even deceive your opponents sometimes. I also like that it's offered in half oz sizes. I bought a 26.5oz

  • Pros: The ball jumps off this bat, and the swing weight feels really good. I just got mine about 2 weeks ago and I'd say probably about 75ish swings in it really started heating up good. My old gamer is a 2018 Demarini Flipper and this was putting the ball about the same distance I was getting with that, right around 320-350'.
  • Cons: Personally I think the sweet spot is just a little bit on the smaller side and a little farther down towards the hands than I would have expected, but not terrible.

  • Pros: Great bat for the price! Comes off the bat hot out of the wrapper! Sound is a little off but that's because it's composite.
  • Cons: You may want to change the grip. Not the best feel.

  • Pros: 26.5oz feel really balanced. Has a hollow sound at first but once broken in maybe 50+ cuts the sound changes to a solid loud crack which sound like you killing the ball...very pleasing imo. I play in modified fast pitch leagues with the F12 clincher and the pop is insane for an ASA bat, the trampoline effect is great with a huge forgiving sweetspot. I love this bat! Warning: people that dont know about these bats may think it is shaved because of the hollow sound.
  • Cons: The hollow sound and the handle grip which i switch out to lizard skin as soon as i received it. The og grip is not bad, its just not my type.

  • Pros: Took about 70-80 hits on the bat before it was hot. Before then it did have the weird sound others had mentioned to the point that others thought it was broken. Picked up a grip taper from Amazon for $6 to put on the handle. Now the bat has a nice smooth feel to it. Good size sweet spot. I’m no power hitter but with this bat I can consistently send balls to the fences. Even hit my first home run with this bat. At $220 it’s a great deal for the price.
  • Cons: The weird noise it makes when hitting the ball but that seems to have gone away now that the bat is fully broken in.

  • Is this bat ASA USA Certified? The leagues I play on the umps check every bat of the bat makes a weird pop which this one does. I’ve been borrowing my friends boo bat which I absolutely love. But I never checked to see if it has both the ASA USA on it.
  • Asked by Kim Lauria
  • Yes, this bat is approved for ASA - which is now USA. This bat was manufactured prior to the switch over, but still carries the approval, so you should have no issue. Feel free to check up on ASA/USA's approved list on their website.
  • Answered by Kris (Bat Expert)
  • What type of warranty does this one come with? As an ASA bat, would it be recommended for USSSA leagues that allow ASA bats?
  • Asked by Scott
  • This bat comes with a one year warranty through Easton. We recommend you use this bat in ASA play, as it's approved for ASA and made to hit the softballs that are typically used in ASA play.
  • Answered by Kris (Bat Expert)
  • Is it approved for all ASA leagues?
  • Asked by Joe B
  • This bat is approved by the ASA softball association, so any league that adheres to ASA's rules/stamps should see this bat as legal for play.

  • Is this bat comparable to the 2019 ghost 2 it looks as if it may be a repaint of it if not wat are the big differences in it
  • Asked by Rojo

  • Is this a repaint of the 2018 Easton Double Ghost?
  • Asked by Trevor
  • The 2019 Easton Boo Ghost is not a repaint of the 2019 Easton Double Barrel Ghost slowpitch softball bat. The Boo uses 2nd generation Ghost barrel technology to increase durability while maintaining the incredible performance that the 2018 Ghost has.
  • Answered by Mike
  • Mid-load, .5 or 1 oz endload?
  • Asked by AJ
  • Easton calls it a "progressive load". Which means it feels like a mid load and performs like an end load.
