CLOSEOUT 2020 Easton Ghost Advanced Fastpitch Softball Bat -10oz FP20GHAD10

The new monster on the softball field is the 2020 Easton Ghost Advanced Fastpitch Softball Bat. The new Ghost Advanced was engineered at the Easton Design and Research Lab in California. The Ghost Advanced softball bat features the new "Double Barrel 2", a second generation double barrel construction design that combines a lighter inner barrel, and a strong, sturdy outer barrel to create the lowest compression barrel in the game of fastpitch. The Ghost Advanced fastpitch bat has more barrel flex than any other fastpitch bat in the game of softball. The Ghost Advanced truly is hot right out of the wrapper! Easton incorporates the Launch Comp Barrel Technology, a barrel layup (with carbon fiber) that provides an even more optimized balance point, and a massive sweet spot for increased performance over a larger portion of the barrel. The new Easton Ghost Advanced uses a new piece to connect the handle and the barrel that Easton calls the ConneXion Evolution. The new design uses more of Easton's proprietary nitrocell foam to kill any vibration before it ever reaches your hands. A new Power Boost Knob is a soft knob made from a rubber like material, giving you more leverage and comfort, while reducing vibration and sting. Get your Ghost Advanced Fastpitch Softball Bat today, right here at CheapBats.com!

  • Pros: Got this bat yesterday from CheapBats.com and my daughter was raking the softball right from the moment we unwrapped the bat. I took some swings with the new Ghost Advanced versus the Easton Ghost after my daughter was done, and there is a notable difference in the feel (better) and the softball seemed like it came off the bat faster with the Ghost Advanced bat vs the Ghost (Dual stamp).

  • Pros: Easton sent a sample to our school last month. The soft knob might be the best part of the Advanced Ghost. We hit with the Ghost Advanced for over an hour straight as a team. I usually have some pain in my palm after long batting practice sessions, but not with the soft knob on the new Ghost. The Advanced is 100% without a doubt hotter than the last white Ghost. Try to hit a demo if you can!

  • Pros: Goodby Louisville Slugger! This bat is sooo beyond other bats it's stupid. The performance and feel from the first hit is insane. We have tried LXT, RXT, XENO, Zen, Quatro, and more, and the ghost advanced is in a different galaxy.

  • Pros: My daughter loves this bat. She has improved her swings dramatically the first time she tried it.
  • Cons: This is our 2nd Ghost bat. 1st one the barrel came loose and she can no longer use it. Just out of warranty so it was very disappointing. Hoping this one lasts a lot longer.

  • Pros: Quick shipping. The bat has good pop. It looks good. My daughter hasn't used the bat in a game yet but can definitely tell an improvement over her previous bat.
  • Cons: Price. Even though for what it is the price on this site is good the overall price of these nicer softball bats are silly. I cannot imagine the profit margin on these bats.

  • Pros:
  • Cons: It has a cracked barrel after only 2 weeks. Not a fan of the durability of this bat. Already have to send it to Easton to replace. High school state tournament is this week and now my daughter doesn't have a bat.

  • Pros: Great pop of the ball from this bat. My 11 year old daughter plays little league and select ball and loved this bat.
  • Cons: Bought the bat in March of 2023 my daughter didn’t start using it until the middle of May 2023 and it broke on June 29th, 2023 right at the joint of where the handle meets the barrel.

  • Pros: One of the best Easton has ever put on the market.
  • Cons: Thin walled so if you have a power hitter you can expect the cracks but let her keep pounding away until it brakes in half. This is our second..

  • The Q&A page discussed the stamps on the bat but I didn’t see a USA softball stamp. Is this bat approved for use by USA softball.
  • Asked by Jamie
  • Great question! ASA rebranded to USA. All 2021 models to present will have the USA stamp, all models 2020 and earlier will have the ASA stamp. This particular model is a 2020 so it will have the ASA stamp on it, but it is just as legal to use as any USA stamped bat as they both mean the same thing. Feel free to email us back at sales@cheapbats.com with any further questions or concerns.

  • This is a 2020 bat. It says 1-year manufacturer warranty. Did that warranty expire in 2021, or does the 1 year start with my date of purchase?
  • Asked by Mike
  • Great question. The warranty is from your purchase date. Easton likely do not have this model to give as a warranty replacement though, but they will give you options based on the value of your purchase. Feel free to email us at sales@cheapbats.com with any further questions or concerns.
  • Answered by Kris (Bat Expert)
  • How much faster does the softball come off the bat of the Easton Ghost Advanced than other comparable bats like the last Easton Ghost?
  • Asked by Brian K
  • Easton's lab testing has indicated a consistent increase in performance of the Easton Ghost Advanced of 4MPH to 8MPH (dependant on the size tested) faster off the barrel than the previous Easton Ghost models.
  • Answered by Mike
  • What stamps are on the 2020 Easton Ghost Advanced Softball Bat?
  • Asked by Kmoney
  • The 2020 Easton Ghost Advanced fastpitch bat has the following stamps and certifications: ASA, USSSA (Fastpitch Only), ISA, ISF, NSF.
  • Answered by Mike
  • What is the difference between the Easton Ghost Advanced and the Easton Ghost fastpitch bats?
  • Asked by James
  • We hit the new Advanced and the Dual Stamp side by side, and straight out of the wrapper the Ghost Advanced was crushing the softball. The Easton Ghost Advanced gave us more consistent performance off the barrel than the Easton Ghost Dual Stamp. The Dual Stamp Easton Ghost hit the softball just as hard, sometimes, but not nearly as often as the Ghost Advanced softball bat did – The increased performance can be credited to the new lower compression barrel on the Ghost Advanced. The Advanced really truly had no felt vibration when hitting the softball. The dual stamp Ghost was less comfortable on hits near the end of the barrel. Ghost Advanced is slightly more balanced than Ghost Dual Stamp. The Advanced has a larger sweet spot and barrel, especially on the minus 10 ounce. The new Easton Ghost Advanced has a lower compression (softer barrel = more pop = hotter bat). The Ghost Advanced has less vibration than ever (ConneXion Evolution). The Advances has a Soft knob for added comfort and vibration dampening. The Ghost Advanced is more expensive ($100 more as of writing).
