  • What is the big difference between the phyco and the freak?
  • Asked by Deepak
  • The Freak 52 and the Psycho are both one piece composite bats with an end load. Both bats are made to hit the .52/300 balls. The main difference comes in the technology used. The Miken Psycho uses: 750X HPI (High Pressure Infusion) while the Freak 52 uses: PWR 360 Technology.

  • How much end load is in this bat?
  • Asked by Cody Nevin
  • This bat has a 1/2 ounce end load.

  • I know this bat is made for the 52. Core balls but how would this hold up with the 44. Or 40. Core balls?
  • Asked by Cody Nevin
  • It's more of the compression of the softball one should worry about rather than the core. The compression of a .52 core will be 300 pounds while on a .44 core it will be 375 pounds putting more wear and tear on one's bat making it not last as long.
