  • Pros: Hadn't played ball in a few yrs so didn't know one bat from another. Saw Fire Flexes were supposed to be good. Took a chance on it due to closeout price. Very happy with the bat. Hot right away. Can't wait to use this weekend.went one ounce light due to mule load, which was a good choice.
  • Cons: None thus far.

  • Pros: Great bat, endload isn’t overpowering, performs from swing 1 and seems to only be getting better. Cheapbats with best price and shipping around as well.
  • Cons: Webs very fast, doesn’t hurt the bat but does look scary if you are not used to it.

  • Pros: This bat is HOT. I used it in a tournament and accidentally hit the pitcher while not trying to go middle, and my bat was confiscated. They tested it on the compression tester and it failed at 150 compression. 150!!!!!! The crazy part was I took the bat out of the wrapper in January and it failed at the beginning of April. I swung it in a grand total of 2.5 tournaments before it got taken away from me. It’s the best bat I’ve ever swung and I bought 2 more to keep swinging in league nights and what not.
  • Cons: If you’re playing ball where they test the compression of your bat, this one will surely fail very quick. Other than that, it’s an incredible bat.

  • Pros: I didn't really know what to expect since it was such a closeout priced bat and I play ASA instead of USSSA. Bottom line this bat hits the ASA balls really hard and I have hit it to the fence many times although I haven't hit any homeruns at 300 feet yet. I honestly feel that hitting these ASA balls it may take 800 hits to break this bat in because I have about 150 hits now and it is getting slightly better each time. I honestly think by this time next year I may upgrade this to 5 stars. Also the sweet spot is huge and very forgiving barrel. Some of my teammates would give this 5 stars right now, it is probably the second most popular bat on the team behind the Mach 1. But t

  • Fire Flex 3 XLT Mule Load USSSA Slowpitch Bat Features: What does XLT mean? What is difference between fire flex 3 XLT and fire flex 3?
  • Asked by Andrew
  • "XLT" is referring to the extra long barrel, as the barrel length is 13.75" on the XLT whereas it is just 13.5" (still long) on the regular Fire Flex 3.
