Christan Dowling was a very special person on and off the field, sadly Christan passed away unexpectedly on April 13th, 2021. Christan was one of the greatest offensive forces in women's softball history. USSSA Hall of Fame member, Christan Dowling was a member of the infamous Easton Team Derby Girls. The Easton CD19 slowpitch softball bat was made in her honor. Easton is donating a portion of the proceeds of this bat to the Christan Dowling Scholarship Fund. The non-profit will suppoort costs related to supporting the participation of qualifying high school seniors seeking to play sports at higher education institutions.
