CLOSEOUT Anderson RockeTech 2.0 Fastpitch Softball Bat -9oz 017029

The RocketTech Fastpitch Softball Bat is back!  This RT 2.0 is constructed with a Single Piece Design and a Multi-Wall Barrel, crafted with AB-9000 Aerospace Alloy. This is the exact kind of aluminum material that’s used to launch planes 30,000 feet in the air, so take our word for it when we say the RocketTech has the durability of a tank.

The RocketTech is made with an End Load Weighting, as Anderson puts extra mass in the barrel to maximize a power hitters ability to drive the ball to the wall with its Massive Sweet Spot! However, you don’t have to swing with all your might to utilize this power, as the Reduced Moment of Inertia gives you the ability to hit those bombs with your normal, controlled swing. Also, this bat is hot right out of the wrapper, as the RocketTech is made game ready from day one and has Virtually No Break In Needed.

The RocketTech Fastpitch is also equipped with Padded Spiral Bat Grip and a 1.20 BPF USSSA Thumbprint Stamp, approving this RT 2.0 for play in USSSA, ASA, NSA and ISA. See you on the field!

  • Pros: I AM NEVER LET DOWN BY ANDERSON. I LOVE THE ROCKETECH AND AM GLAD THEY CAME OUT WITH IT AGAIN. IT HAS A TRUE FEEL TO IT WHEN HITTING RATHER THAN A COMPOSITE BUT HAS JUST AS MUCH POP. YOU WON'T BE SORRY WITH THIS BAT.

  • Pros: I had the Rocketech from 2013 and loved it. I was upset when it finally cracked. I bought the new 2015 Rocketech model and it hits just as well. I like the new knob even better than the old tiny one.

  • Pros: was looking for a good bat 24/25 oz. for my 15 yr old daughter didn't want to pay 350 to 400 for a bat. First tourney using the rocketech 2.0 my daughter hit 818 going 9-11 bat had a lot better pop than the mako that she was using.
  • Cons: There are no cons - this bat is very nice and a great birthday present

  • This is described as a 2016 model but has the same model # as the 2015. I just want to verify its a 2016 model. Also, is there any chance you have this in a 31"? Ty
  • Asked by Peggi C
  • We only have 30" left, and this bat is no longer manufactured, as Anderson has moved on to manufacturing newer, updated models. As far as the model 017029, this is a 2016 bat but was manufactured in 2015.
  • Answered by Kris (Bat Expert)
  • Does this bat come with a One Year Manufacturer Warranty
  • Asked by T
  • This bat does come with a one year manufacturer's warranty.

  • Is the fastpitch bat as hot as the slowpitch bat for bowling ball style fastpitch
  • Asked by Ron
  • The fastpitch version will be lighter than the slowpitch version thus will not create as much force with each swing. They are constructed of the same material though.
