Why are the handles blemished / dirty? Where they used or a manufacturer’s error? Is it only cosmetic? I see the warranty is voided for this product so just concerned there is something more than cosmetic.

We have a superstore where the public can touch and handle bats and gloves. This bat has a white handle, combine this with the somewhat novel looking and feeling handle, we have a few of these bats that have dirty white grips from being touched and handled by potential customers.
