2015 Easton Mako Realtree Slowpitch Softball Bat ASA End Loaded SP15MKA

Introducing the Mako Realtree for slow-pitch! Easton constructs the Mako Realtree as a 2-piece bat made out of 100% TCT Composite material. TCT stands for “Thermo Composite Technology”, which allows the barrel to play soft and strong with a significant increase in overall performance. Connecting the hot barrel to the 29/32” handle is Easton’s patented CXN piece, stabilizing the bat and providing incredibly energy transfer.

The Mako Realtree is a bat preferred by power hitters, as it has an End Loaded Swing Weight, allowing more mass to meet the ball at impact for increased hitting distances. The 34”/26oz comes with a 1oz End Load, the 34"/27oz comes with a 2oz End Load, the 34”/28oz comes with a 3oz End Load & the 34”/30oz comes with a 4oz End Load. Lastly, this Mako Realtree is approved by ASA and ISF softball associations.

  • Pros: At first I thought they sent me an empty box, but I realized the camo just made it hard to see. Then, I used the bat, and my love for easton grew. The bat is such a sick design, I love the camo! It was about 100 hits to break in. Loads of pop. Huge hitting area.
  • Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this bat.

  • Pros: This bat has good pop and feels solid during contact. The camo color pattern is awesome.
  • Cons: Made in China. Had I known this I would have stuck with Demarini which are built in Oregon USA.

  • Pros: This bat looks great and the ball blasts off of it right out of the wrapper. I haven't been hitting them super deep yet but the line drives scream off it. I love the weight distribution on it, really helps me with my swing.
  • Cons: Easton grip works on some of the Easton bats for me but I don't really care for it on this one. Will be getting Lizard rip for it soon.

  • Pros: Really nice bat, once you figure out the sweet spot this bat is hot took me about 100 hits to break in
  • Cons: Don't like the grip on this bat I switched it out to a more comfortable grip, plus the white color on it looks like a really dirty bat

  • Pros: Love the look of the bat. Hot like drives right out of the wrapper. This bat will have lots of dingers in it once it's broken in!
  • Cons: The Grip is a little to thin for my liking. Will probably replace with lizard skin.

  • Is this bat 1.20 BPF? And does it have the certification?
  • Asked by Executioners
  • The 2015 Easton Mako Realtree will NOT have the 1.20 BPF stamp on it as it is NOT USSSA approved. The Realtree only has ASA approval.

  • What is the scale weight of the 27 oz Easton mako realtree asa
  • Asked by Jeron Milburn
  • The 2015 Easton Mako Realtree Slowpitch Softball Bat ASA End Loaded SP15MKA should be between 27.0 and 27.9 ounces on the scale.
  • Answered by Kris (Bat Expert)
  • I am looking for a new bat for this coming season and have seen a lot of hype over this bat. I have usually swung an Easton bat and was wondering what the advantages would be with this one over a traditional Easton. I swing with an overlapped grip and didn't know if i should go with torq or not.
  • Asked by A.P
  • Both the Mako Torq & Mako Realtree Slowpitch Softball Bats are the best slowpitch bats Easton has ever made. They both have the TCT composite (Thermo Composite Technology), which is Easton's top of the line composite material that gives the bat a lot of advantages in performance and durability. In regards to overlapping grip, it gets a little tricky when doing that with the Mako Torq, because if you don't wrap it right then the Torq handle won't rotate (which is what you're paying extra money for). If you're concerned about that then the Mako Realtree may be the best option for you.
