Returns & Refunds Made Easy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging
(For bats, the plastic wrapper must still be on) - Include your order number so we know who the return is from
How to return:
- Email us at sales@cheapbats.com to start the return
- Pack the item securely
- Ship it to:

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method like UPS or FedEx.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at sales@cheapbats.com so we can fix it.
Items You Can’t Return
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Used items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases, etc.)
Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask us.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. Instead:
- Return the item
- Buy the item you want separately
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll email you with the result
- If approved, your refund will go to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process it.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@cheapbats.com.
Bat Warranty Info
If your bat breaks or has a defect, reach out directly to the manufacturer for help. They handle all bat warranties.
