The only time there's an exception to that is if one of those models are being sold "used" or "out of wrapper". This PXT X19 that you were looking at does in fact come with a one year manufacturer warranty, as stated on the page.

Pros: The PXT is a MONSTER bat, but like most monsters it has a dark side sometimes. This is one of the hottest FP bats out there, but I have seen several break. But before they broke, they were insanely hot. End load is barely noticeable over the swing weight of the LXT. I highly recommend. Especially on sale.
Cons: Don't expect it to last forever. At least has a 1 year warranty.

Pros: This bat is on FIRE straight out of the box. Some of our good friends suggested it back in the Spring. The hard softballs were jumping, and my daughter was crushing them often. Pros: Beautiful out of the wrapper. This was a replacement for my daughter's 2017PXT which she loved! Had to warranty 2 months into use because it cracked internally and developed a rattled. Louisville is excellent about their warranties! They sent her a 2021 RXT as a replacement and we picked up a 2020 RXT as a back-up. Excellent bats for a strong high level player with solid fundamentals and bat speed.
Cons: It didn't hold up but could have just been the particular bat we received. Louisville warrantied it right away so that would never deter us from ordering again.

Pros: Daughter liked the feel of this bat.
Cons: Bought in December 2019 for 2020 season, no season because of COVID. She finally got to use the bat this year, she has played 8 total games with it and it is broken. Cant return because outside of year warranty, did not make a season. Something broke inside the bat and its now a giant baby rattle.

Pros: Very well balanced bat with good pop. I purchased this bat for my gran daughter, who is a high school softball payer. This is her first experience with a composite bat, and she absolutely loves it. In combination with her good lower body strength, she is hitting gaps quicker and farther.
Cons: Since she has only been using the bat for a month, I really can't honestly comment on a negative issue with the bat. Time will tell.
