Whether you are looking for a bat to be used in local baseball leagues, slowpitch softball leagues, fastpitch softball leagues, senior or youth leagues, Anderson Bat Company can be trusted for quality bats that can be used for years and years to come. The company produced their first model in 1996 as a "private labeling venture" for another bat manufacturer. This was only after three baseball fans came together and decided that they wanted to create a bat of their own.
In 1999, before Anderson had a name or their own production headquarters, they produced their first multi-wall bat with their patented technology, Power-Arch. This bat was again done for another company and as that company underwent structural problems, the release of the bat was delayed. The way the story goes is like those that are seen in the movies. The company decided that they would rather not wait for the other company to release the bat and took it down to tournament being held locally. Those who used it loved it and wanted to know how to get their hands on the Anderson product.
In terms of what Anderson Bat Company hopes to achieve in the baseball and softball world is simple. They want their products to always be connected with the sports and be considered one of the top manufacturers in the world. They want to help the game grow by providing products that will help players improve their play and thus make the sport more exciting for everyone involved.
Anderson Bat Company produces various models for different leagues, but a lot are really the same model. Throughout all softball and baseball leagues, Anderson produces various models of the Ignite and Nanotek bats -- these bats and others are continually being reproduced and redesigned to help improve their quality and production. For those slowpitch softball competitors, it isn't uncommon to still see the Pyrotech from four years ago in bat bags, proving their durability.
