Shipping & Return Policies

Customers have 30 days from the ship date to return items in their original condition for a full refund of the item(s) price.

***If you receive your order and realize you selected the wrong item/size, don't worry. Just return it within 30 days using the returns process below and place a separate order for correct item/size at your own convenience. We do not do exchanges.***


If your bat comes with Free Return Shipping (shown on item's page with red banner that says "Free Return Shipping"): Please use this link to CONTACT US within 30 days and we will email a pre paid UPS return label.

If your item does NOT have Free Return Shipping: You may send your return within 30 days to the address below using any courier you choose. We recommend tracking and insurance when shipping your return. Please see details and conditions below.

Writing your order number on the outside of the package helps us quickly identify your return.


Original shipping charges you paid are non-refundable.

New items in original packaging are returnable for full refund of item's price within 30 days of original ship date.

Lightly used and/or out of wrapper bats returned within 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Used or out of wrapper bats returned after 14 days will not be accepted. Demo bats, used wood bats, used fielding gloves/mitts, used bags/backpacks, used helmets, used catcher's gear, and used accessories are not returnable.

Broken, cracked, dented, heavily used, abused and/or incomplete items will not be accepted and no refund will be provided

Missing bat warranty stickers, holograms, serial number stickers - Your return will be declined or subject to a restocking fee if the sticker or hologram that came affixed to your bat is not returned, which is required for bat warranty purposes.

Defective or broken bats - These items must go back to the manufacturer for replacement if there is an applicable warranty. If your item does not have a warranty, then no replacement will be provided. If you do return your broken bat to us we will just request for you to send us a label to ship the item back to you. Each manufacturer has their own bat warranty process that they handle directly with you, which is industry standard. When you do contact the manufacturer to start your warranty claim process, please have your order information ready as they'll need that as your proof of purchase.  If you need a copy of your order confirmation, feel free to email us at and we will happily provide that for you.

Any manufacturer warranty is voided if you purchased a "USED" or "SLIGHTLY USED" item.

Returning a bat with Free Return Shipping AND other items that do not have Free Return Shipping? Shipping charge(s) are as follows: 

$15.00 First item + $5.00 each additional item returned will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping with your order and then you ship back only part of your order as a return, we will deduct a shipping charge from your refund for what you kept if the item(s) would not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Information
Orders ship same business day if ordered by 2:00 pm PST
The estimated arrival date will be displayed on the item's page, during checkout, and on the review page where you confirm order.
  • Ground (FREE on orders with subtotal over $100): Arrives within 5 business transit days
  • 3 Day: Arrives within 3 business transit days
  • 2 Day (Free on most high-end bats and gloves that are not already discounted): Arrives within 2 business transit days
  • Next Day: Arrives next business transit day
  • Next Day Saturday Delivery: Arrives Saturday (Option is offered from 2pm PST Thursday until 2pm PST on Friday)
The day your order ships out does NOT count as a business transit day, nor do weekends and holidays.
All orders placed after 2pm PST on Friday will ship Monday, unless there is a national holiday in which case they would ship the next business day (likely Tuesday). We do not ship on weekends.
UPS does have delays sometimes, it happens. If you paid for expedited shipping and it does not arrive on time, please email us at and we can refund what you paid for expedited shipping (if applicable).

• Ash and Maple Wood Bats, Senior Softball Bats, Out of Wrapper Bats, and Blemished (BLEM) Bats = NO WARRANTY
• Bamboo/Composite Wood Bats = 0 to 90 Days depending on bat (See item description for details)
• Batting Gloves = 30 Days
• Equipment Bags = 30 Days
• Fielding Gloves = 365 Days (leather only, not laces)
• Helmets and Catchers Gear = 30 Days

Warranty Bats - What Bat Will I Get In Return?

There is no guarantee which bat the manufacturer will send as a replacement. They decide and send you the most similar bat available.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Bats sent in for warranty with older stamps and or certifications that are no longer being made or no longer available from the maker of your bat may be replaced with the newest certification available, and NOT the exact same bat you sent in.

This is an especially important fact for purchasers of 1.20 USSSA stamp slowpitch softball bats as old bats sent in for warranty purposes will be replaced with the newest USSSA slowpitch stamp bats. does not accept warranty replacement bat returns for credit or exchange.

Purchase Orders

We only ship to the 50 United States

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we cannot ship outside of the United States. Canada and Australia, we apologize. 


Alaska and Hawaii

Email us at if you are in Hawaii or Alaska and need to order heavier items or high quantities that will result in higher weight shipping, as those would need a special request and could require added price to cover higher shipping costs.

Closeout or inexpensive items ordered where shipping costs are high could result in an order cancellation depending on your location in Hawaii or Alaska as they may not be feasible.

Ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii tend to take longer, so please allow up to 10 business transit days for orders to arrive.

Shipping to a PO Box:

We are unable ship to a PO Box, all orders must have a physical address as the shipping address.


Sales Tax:

By law we are required to collect sales tax on shipments to most states.


Rule Changes:

No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued for bats that are, after purchase from, banned, forbidden, outlawed or deemed illegal for play for any reason. If you are unsure about the legality of a baseball bat or softball bat, we will do our best to help, but some leagues and associations sometimes make up special rules for their field, district, city or state. If you are unsure if a bat is legal for play, contact a local league official to find out before you make your purchase.



We are unable to ship to Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Lost or missing orders/items:

You must notify us of lost or missing items/packages in a timely manner in order for us to properly file claims with the carrier and reship the lost or missing items. We require you notify us of lost or missing items/packages within 14 days of carrier's stated tracking delivery date.
