No Hassle Return Policy
There is no time frame that unused items in their original condition may be returned for exchange or refund.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Please return bats in original plastic shrink wrapping.
• Used bats cannot not be returned unless defective (see below).
Used Item Warranty Periods
• Non wood bats = 365 - 400 Days (Return to manufacturer)
• Wood bats = 0 Days
• Blemished and Demo Bats = 0 Days
• Composite wood bats = Up to 90 Days
• Batting gloves = 90 Days
• Equipment bags = 90 Days
• Fielding gloves = 365 Days
• Protective = 365 Days
Custom and special order items may not be returned.

Shipping Information
Orders ship same business day if ordered by 2:00 pm Pacific Time. In stock items will be DELIVERED in 1-5 business days when the UPS Ground or free shipping option is chosen. We ship from Anaheim, California.

Next Day Air: About $24

There are no weight limits on Free Ground Shipping. All ground shipments over $100 are shipped FREE of charge, no matter what.
APO/FPO
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail at no additional charge. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks. Please call 1-800-589-4487 to place your APO/FPO order.
We only ship to the 50 United States
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we cannot ship outside of the United States.
Shipping to a PO Box:
We are unable ship to a PO Box, all orders must have a physical address as the shipping address.
Sales Tax:
We are located in Anaheim, California. When we ship to addresses in California, we are required to collect 7.75% sales tax and send a fat check to the State at the end of the month.
Warranty replacement bats are not returnable or exchangeable to Cheapbats.com
Warranty replacement bats sent to CheapBats.com will be refused and returned by the carrier.
Packages not accepted for return/exchange because they were not within the above stated return policy will be charged return shipping charges.
Free Shipping assumes you are going to keep your item(s). If your item is returned, shipping expenses we incurred may be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Rule Changes
No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued for bats that are banned, forbidden, outlawed or deemed illegal for play due to rule changes made by a sports governing body. Leagues and associations sometimes make up special rules for their field, district, city or state. If you are unsure if a bat is legal for play, contact a local league official to find out before you make your purchase.
