Bats received as warranty replacements are not returnable or exchangeable to Cheapbats.com Sending a warranty replacement bat to Cheapbats.com will result in the package being refused/returned via freight collect.
Returns for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee on exchanges
All shipping charges on returns/exchanges must be paid by the customer.
"Free Shipping" assumes you are going to keep the item, if item is returned for a credit our shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unused and the packaging in new condition, with all mfg. tags attached. Bats must have original plastic wrapping.Warranty replacement bats are not returnable. Batting Gloves and Equipment Bags must be unused and still in original packaging. All packages not accepted for return/exchange because they were not within the above stated return policy will be charged return shipping charges.
