what's different between BB14S400 and BB14S200. same material Al 7046 ?

Both the Easton S200 and the Easton S400 both use the 7046 aircraft alloy but vary slightly in the construction of the bat.

I need a new bat and i'm thinking about a s200, a s400 or a s500 which would you choose.

Pros: This is my third BBCOR bat I got on this website. I love ordering from Cheapbats. They are always helpful and understanding. This bat has a nice big barrel, but feels more balanced than my $200 Easton S3. It has nice pop and looks great. It is cheaper than most one-piece BBCOR bats and performs just as well, although it may not last as well. But then again, it's only $50 dollars.
Cons: The grip felt cheap but that's reasonable. This bat has more sting if you get jammed than the S3 but it doesn't have VRS grip like the S3. Overall this bat is awesome for the price.

Pros: Use this bat as a cage or BP (Batting Practice) bat. You should NOT be using this as a game bat as it is the price of 80 tacos from Jack in the Box. If you are in HS and you are using this in games, just quit now and join the drama club. Buy a REAL ($199.99+) bat if you are looking for one to use in games.
Cons: NONE. THIS IS A CAGE BAT. USE IT TO PRACTICE AND FINE TUNE YOUR SWING. IT WILL NOT OFFER THE PERFORMANCE NEEDED ON THE FIELD DURING GAME TIME.

Pros: I used this bat through games and practices. And I have been impressed, it stings a lot if your too close to the plate, what helps is standing back on the plate, and after that, awesome pops happen.
