2014 Easton Brian Wegman L2.0 Slowpitch Softball Bat USSSA End Loaded SP14L2

The new 2014 Easton L2.0 Brian Wegman Pro Model is an end loaded, one-piece composite softball bat approved for USSSA play that will drive your average and power numbers out of the park. Vibration is eliminated on impact thanks to Easton's SIC Black Carbon technology of weaving the composite material into the handle. The IMX Composite barrel offers a vast hitting surface that maintains the Easton softball bat culture of high performance and durability.

USSSA - The 2.0 is approved for play in 1.20 USSSA, ISA, ISF, ISA, and NSA.

End Load - An end loaded slowpitch bat helps you have more power in your swing when the ball is struck. If you are powerful enough to swing an L series end loaded bat, you should stand to see an advantage over a balanced bat.

One-Piece - Why mess with success? If you prefer a traditional feel when hitting, the one-piece design gives you the advantage of instant feedback. Many softball players that swing one-piece composite slowpitch bats do not like the feel of whip you get with a two-piece bat (like a golf club).

12 Month Warranty - The One Year Warranty is back. 2014 Easton Slowpitch Bats will have a warranty against defects for 365 days from the date of purchase.

  • Pros: Very little vibration and forgiving sweet spot. Feels great when you hit it, has a lot pop. I've been using nothing but Worth Bats, I took a chance with this new Easton remembering the old Easton Synergy Bats... Glad I did! My Teammate has an Easton L1, Has flew to it so if you don't have a very fast swing, go with the L1. I like the L2 and I ordered a 27 oz. I usually swing a 28 oz, but the 2 oz endload makes the 27oz perfect! TIP: Pair this with the Lizard Grip and wrap some M tape at the bottom to give the bottom of the grip a little bulge, then lizard grip over. My whole team loves this grip! I'm very satisfied! and for $169!?!?!?! No brainer!
  • Cons: Took about 4 outings to get broken in, whack it against a telephone pole a few times before use when new.

  • Pros: Haven't had much time to swing this bat yet but the few swings i have taken felt similar to the sy100w just not quite as big a sweet spot and not as hot out of the wrapper.

  • Pros: Generous sweet spot! Hot out of the wrapper, had no issue frustrating outfielders between the left and right field foul poles. At my third AB with the L2.0, hit a line-drive HR to CF. One piece feel preferred over two-piece construction.
  • Cons: NONE!

  • Pros: I swung worth bats for years got the L2.0 and was very surprised. The end load was nice no vibration when I swing bat is stupid hot. Love the grip just how I tape my bats so no need to re-tape it. Think I may be switching over to Easton's from now on.

  • Pros: I like this bat, the ball jumps off this bat when hit anywhere on the barrel my power days are over but am still a pull hitter but 280 to 300 foot line drives often in first 50 swings power guys on the team have no problem hitting over 300 to 320 foot fences with this bat.
  • Cons: Noticed some of the single hitters on the team are late with this bat, so it would take some getting used to if you have been used to a balanced bat or lighter end load.

  • Pros: I'm surprised I haven't seen more of these bats out on the field. It has taken me about fifty solid hits but it is starting to feel really good and has quite a bit of pop and distance of this bat so far. I am using .44 375's and the ball is jumping.
  • Cons: Wish it had a normal grip, I do not like the gauze grip.

  • Pros: Lots of pop, very generous sweet spot, awesome feel. I'm one of the smaller guys on the team who can hit great line drives, so I bought the 26oz with the 1oz end load, and it makes an awesome difference.
  • Cons: Simple design on the graphics, and not a huge fan of the color, but that's just not picking.. Excellent performance/results though.
