The S500 minus 5 length to weight ratio is designed for power hitters who are too strong to use a traditional minus 9 or 10 ounce weight drop.

The S500 Baseball Bat replaces the Easton Reflex Baseball Bat from previous years.

Pros: Ordered for my 14 year old who is transitioning from a drop 10 to a drop 3. He loves this drop 5 bat. The bat is well balanced and provides a solid thump. Apparently, it is very cool looking as well.

Pros: My son was currently at a drop 12 and needed to move up to a drop 5 before Spring. This bat so far has not been an issue. His hitting is better than ever. The best part is that we did not have to spend a lot since we need to move to a drop 3 in another year. Well worth the money.
