2015 Worth Jeff Hall ASA Legit Slowpitch Softball Bat Reload SBL5AJ

2015 Worth Legit Jeff Hall ASA Slowpitch Bat - Balanced SBL5AJ

Reload Swing Weight - The Jeff Hall Reload is a 1/2 ounce end load in the barrel. This is not a balanced bat, but not quite a full Resmondo end load, it is somewhere in between the two.

Two-Piece - 2-Piece construction gives the batter more whip through the hitting zone when the softball is hit, as well as helping to reduce felt vibration in the hands.

HMF Fibers - High Modulus Fibers are smaller fibers that are woven in to the carbon fiber, so more material is used in the same amount of space, making the bat extremely strong, and should extend the usable lifetime of your Worth bat.

Born In The USA - Every composite Worth Slowpitch Bat is made in Minnesota, USA at one of the most advanced composite labs in the world.

Legit vs Sick 454 - The Worth Legit Power Core now has the composite fiber laid at more optimal angles than before. This change is allows the Legit to be hot right out of the wrapper. With the Worth Sick 454 design, the bat is built using a new two part resin process that that makes the bat stronger than ever before while still keeping it's legendary pop.

  • Pros: I originally got the 2014 version of this bat from cheap bats. After about 20 swings the bat "telescoped" and I had to get a replacement. Although to had to go through worths warranty system, cheap bats walked me right through it and gave me all the information needed. I was sent this bat, the 2015 Legit. Unreal pop right out of the wrapper. The sweet spot runs down the barrel and I have people on my team hitting bombs when they were place hitters. Love the new handle, it's very comfortable. The more hits I put on it, the more pop this bat gets. Some people might say the colors are on con but my team is playing for kids with cancer so the bat colors are perfect for us (CooCoo birds for cancer).
  • Cons: The graphics take a lot of damage and it's noticeable in a short period of time.

  • Pros: This bat is one of the hottest I have ever swung. Took the wrapper off right before a game and hit 2 LONG bombs in my first 2 at bats. The ball explodes off the bat, even when you "just miss" it. Other guys on the team who don't typically hit for power were smoking line drives all over the field. I should of bought 2.

  • Pros: Picked this up for ASA playoffs. Used it right out of the wrapper. 1st person to use it homered. In two games, almost everyone in the lineup switched to using it. Surprised at how much the ball popped using this bat.
  • Cons: None so far.

  • Pros: Has lots of pop that gets through the infield quick, but kind of dies once it hits the outfield. We were hitting a mixture of 44s, 52s, 40s.
  • Cons: Distance isn't quite there but hopefully after a few more rounds of BP it will come

  • Why should I purchase this bat over the Miken Super Freak? I have used Demarini and then switched to Miken what advantage would I have to switching to Worth?
  • Asked by mike
  • Miken and Worth bats are manufactured by the same companies thus are extremely similar bats. Miken and Worth bats are almost the same.

  • Does the 2015 Worth Jeff Hall ASA Legit Slowpitch Softball Bat Reload SBL5AJ hit the softer .52 core balls well? And how long (many hits) does it take to break in this bat?
  • Asked by Reggie
  • All ASA bats are made for the .50 core 300lb compression balls. It will hit .52 cores but the compression is the main factor. The harder the compression the more wear and tear it will have on the bat. A ball with a softer compression of 275pounds is most effective with a harder bat such as an alloy.
