This is the training mitt that everyone has been talking about. Pocket awareness is the key to accurate receiving, quick transfers, and manipulating the ball in the zone to convert balls into strikes. Pros use the Keyhole for soft toss drills often times with tennis balls or lite baseballs. The hole is just big enough for a baseball and located where one should receive the ball. Working up through the zone, the goal is to cleanly pocket the ball in the net. Not recommended for real baseballs off a machine at high velocity.
